Transforming Lives Through Outreach Support Our Mission
At Sabiti Hand’s Charity Organisation, outreach is more than a program it is a lifeline for children and families who have nowhere else to turn.
Every week, we step into communities where children lack food, education, and basic care. We meet families struggling to survive, and children who need hope, protection, and a chance at a better future.
Today, we are supporting 30 families children but many more are still waiting.
👉Why Our Outreach Matters
In many communities, children face:
Hunger and lack of basic necessities
Limited or no access to education
Poor health and hygiene conditions
Unsafe and unstable living environments
Without support, these challenges can shape their entire…
Widows’ empowerment is an intervention program where we care for needs of vulnerable groups through provision of food and other basic necessities.
We organize skilling sessions with vulnerable women in society helping them learn skills that can be used to generate income to help boost different family livelihoods.
We run weekly community sensitization drills and help educate communities about different killer diseases and best ways to stay healthy and also overcome stigma for the victims.
We also run a model farm in order to help skill different local farmers in best farming practices in order to alleviate poverty through farming.
Sponsor a Child today
Our main object is about restoring the future of every child through the right support.
Education is the greatest gift we can offer the orphaned children in order to offer them a foundation to thrive both in the physical and spiritual endeavors. Most of the kids are abandoned as infants only months old and we believe the greatest form of empowerment for the rescued children is education. Many of the families we work with are poverty stricken and even the kids with a single mothers had also dropped out of school when we stepped in. Our prayer request is for generous hearts to help sponsor a child into their Kindergarten, Primary, Secondary and University.
